It started in 2021 when surfing really became a big thing for me. Not only did I love the sport, I loved the clothing, energy, and the environment pro surfers lived in. I started creating surfing attire when I realized that the 80’s and 90’s vintage surf look was gone, and every giant surf company left their designs in the dust. So instead of buying certain clothes already marked as “vintage”, I decided to make them for a cheaper and more sustainable price. The last few months of 2022 I started to travel to surf destinations, such as, Hawaii, Southern California and Costa Rica. All of these places had very different features to them, and I wanted to capture a smell that would bring me right back to when I was in the line up. I noticed that there was no colognes or perfumes that connected with surfing, so I created, “Scents of Distinct Beaches”, which entailed and new and unique smell for each of the most famous surf destinations, including Teahupoo, Pipeline/Backdoor, Puerto Escondido, Jaws, Hossengor, Trestles, Skeleton Bay, Cloudbreak, Bells Beach, Snapper Rocks, the place I learned to surf, Melbourne Beach Florida, and many more. 

At LHS Custom we want to bring back authentic, vintage surf clothing and fragrances for this generation of surfers.
